Whitney and Jordan’s wedding in Vegas

Would you be open to coming to Vegas and shooting our wedding?
Um, yes. Yes I would.
Whitney and I went to the same good ol Iowa high school. What’s fun about our area is that it was small. And it’s given me so many opportunities to go back and take photos of many of my high school friends and their families. And this opportunity was a blast. I have been able to do weddings for a handful of friends – but none of them have taken me to VEGAS!
They got ready at the Flamingo where most family/friends were staying. (Shout out to my awesome roommates Allison and Kristin!!) I loved that it gave us a tropical feel during photos! Most Vegas wedding chapels don’t allow for outside photographers so I had to sit that part out. But after the ceremony I pretty much felt like I was just their personal paparazzi – following the fabulous couple around while they celebrated their MARRIAGE! From cruising the strip down to the famous Vegas sign to dinner at Planet Hollywood in Cesears Palace to hanging out on the strip til the late hours of night (VEGAS NEVER SLEEPS) – everything was captured.
